| Scope of Job: |
The Executive Project Manager is responsible
for developing executive projects from start to finish. The
Executive Project Manager is able to delegate responsibilities
to a strong executive team and will take ultimate responsibility
for its completion. The individual who fills this position will
also know what realistic goals are and communicate these to
the Chief Technology Officer and other persons on the Executive
Management Team. |
| Responsibilities: |
- Executes executive projects
- Meets deadlines
- Serves as main point of contact for projects and Executive
Team
- Keeps "tabs" on all projects
- Attends regular meetings with communications, marketing, public relations and fundraising teams
- Enforces boundaries on project ideas and production
- Keeps a time table in mind, especially in regard to a
volunteer organization
- Keeps records of all projects from active to completed
- Reports progress to CTO
- Active involvement in EMT and Board emails
- Serves on Executive Management Team
- Regular attendance at monthly Executive Team meetings
