| Scope of Job: |
The Community Development Manager is responsible
for developing community projects that can be implemented internationally
and from chapter to chapter. The Community Development Manager
will work closely with the Chapter Relations Coordinator and
Marketing. The individual who fills this position will research
new community projects, new ideas, act independently with excellent
follow through within a non-profit 501(c) 6 organization. |
| Responsibilities: |
- Executes community development projects
- Meets deadlines
- Creatively develops new community projects and implements them
- Keeps "tabs" on all community projects
- Establishes community projects within a non-profit 501(c) 6 environment
- Researches ideas and existing community projects
- Keeps a timetable in mind, especially in regard to volunteer organization
- Keeps records of all projects from active to completed
- Finds/gets resources for those on community development team
- Active involvement in EMT and Board emails
- Serves on Executive Management Team
- Regular attendance at monthly Executive Team meetings
