The Business Development Manager is responsible
for developing and implementing a sound business plan using
current business development theories. The individual who fills
this position will work with the Executive Management Team and
within DigitalEve's Bylaws to carry out this business plan.

| Responsibilities: |
- Develops and implements sound business development strategy
- Maintains legal records of DigitalEve business plan
- Attends Executive Management Team meetings
- Active involvement in EMT and Board emails
- Serves on Executive Management Team
- Regular attendance at monthly Executive Team meetings

| Qualities: |
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Reliable, dependable, and efficient
- Experience within business development theories
- Uses concise language to convey ideas, issues and responses
- Legality experience a plus
