| Scope of Job: |
The International Trademark Manager is responsible
for maintaining DigitalEve's trademark status and enforcing trademark
legality. The International Trademark Manager will research all
applicable trademark laws, both in the United States, Canada and other
established DigitalEve Chapter countries. |
| Responsibilities: |
- Works directly within Trademark boundaries
- Works directly with Board of Directors, legal, communication and marketing teams
- Maintains records of all trademark issues
- Attends Executive Management Team meetings
- Serves on Executive Management Team

| Qualities: |
- Previous legal trademark experience preferred
- Excellent resource for Executive Management Team
