The International Chapter Relations is responsible
for mediating communication between the Executive Management
Team (EMT), Board and Chapter Leaders. The International Chapter
Relations works closely with the communications team, and reports
to the Executive Director. The individual who fills this position
would have knowledge of the issues each Chapter faces and would
act as a reporter to the EMT and Board. |
| Responsibilities: |
- Mediates between EMT, Board and Chapter Leaders
- Manages Leaders list and database
- Works with the Executive Management Team
- Acts as a public relations liaison
- Regular attendance at monthly Executive Team meetings
- Keep "tabs" on Chapter Issues and report them as needed
- Active involvement in EMT and Board emails

- Experience within Intercultural Communications
- Ability to report facts of a debate and not take sides
- Ability to suggest realistic compromises in reaching a common goal
